Smallest things matter

Got woken up this morning at 5:15am by my daughter because of an issue she was having. It happened to be a case of a bundled up blanket. Now some may think why can’t she just unbundle it? We’ll the cognitive level isn’t quite there to figure it out. Reminds me of the fact it’s the smallest things we take for granted in which we can perform no problem. Autistic mind is so complex that it just stops when many things come into play. Wakes up and is hearing sounds out the Window then loses the sense of feeling the blanket when it gets bundled. Almost turns into a very complex puzzle. I only figured this out after taking some time to walk through it in my mind but putting myself in her spot. Moments like that you just have to laugh and say that’s just her being her.
